Rasor Rants | The Box Journey Pt 3

It worked! I can’t believe it! I had successfully completed two Inside the Box sessions in my garage and they worked! The composites turned out SUPER cute and the families had so much fun! It was time to release it to the world!

I created a flyer using Canva. (Canva is a great way to make graphics for people who aren’t graphic designers but, like to pretend they know what they are doing. I use Canva for EVERYTHING!) I started with a basic flyer, and everything just grew from there. I used the same color scheme and basic graphics for my website, social media events, and flyers. It looked SHARP! My good friend, Bob Younger with Bob Younger Images, graciously let me use his photography studio in Old Town Fort Collins to house the event. I then borrowed a friend’s truck to move the box to the studio. (That’s four different friend groups so far that have helped me pull this off? I’m so so fortunate to have a solid community surrounding me. *reflects on life briefly*…okay back to it) I set up a box display in the studio window with a flyer, launched the website, and started pushing the event on social media! Now we wait and see if anyone else is as excited about this box as I am.
