Frequently Asked Questions for Parents!

Your student will receive a pre-pay flyer before school picture day with ordering details. Pre-pay ordering saves you on shipping costs. If you’d like to wait and see the image first, second opportunity ordering information will be sent home in a print package envelope. However, this ordering method would require the customer to pay shipping.

Absolutely! Packages will be sent home with a proof image and ordering information to all students who participated. Using this ordering method does pass the shipping cost onto customers, however.

Safety and security of student data is very important to us! Each image is password protected in it’s own gallery. No personal details are saved with your students imagine online. It’s just a photo, file name, and password number. Student information (first name, last name, grade, student ID number) are shared with your child’s school and our professional print lab. The print lab deletes all data once orders are shipped.

Absolutely! We offer our digital downloads as an A Le Carte item and never force you to purchase a large print package in order to access those files.

Satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are unhappy with your students photo, please send the package back with them on retake day and we’ll happily retake the image. If there is something specifically that you don’t like, make a note of it and we will watch closely for those issues on retake day!

Absolutely! Feel free to email us or notify the teacher if your student would like accomodations. Picture day can be overwhelming to some and we want every student to feel comfortable.

No way! You do not need to order multiple digital images to obtain different backdrops. Our digital downloads come with unlimited downloads and background choices. Simply, log into your gallery howevery many times you’d like and choose a different background for each download.

Yes! We will provide your school with a certificate of liability insurance upon signing a contract.

Yes! All of our team members are local photographers from Northern Colorado with clear background checks run through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. Post-hire arrest monitoring takes place after background checks are clear.

We take data security VERY seriously! All student data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems. No directory data is stored on publicly accessible platforms. All camera cards and order forms are shred after orders have been fulfilled. Employees sign confidentiality agreements upon hire and are FERPA trained to ensure compliance.

We will drop off order forms to your facility 2-3 weeks before our first scheduled photography event. The school is responsible for distributing those to students.

Space requirements vary and are dependant on how many stations are required to accomodate your student body and how much time is available for picture day. We need roughly 7ft by 15ft for each station with a height clearance of least 9.5 ft.

We quote a 3 week turn around time from picture day to package delivery.

Schools with over 200 students will receive a complimentary picture retake day! For smaller schools, we ask parents to reach out and schedule a time at our studio for retakes.
